Moreover, our service provides an opportunity to download your reference (bibliography) list to your PC using the Microsoft Word text editor (just indicate the relevant items you want to download by check mark). And one more advantage of our service is that the automatic transliteration of bibliography list from Russian (ISO 9 (GOST 7.79-2000) system B) and Ukrainian (National standard) into English is used there. A description of each standard is given. Besides, it is accompanied by infographics. The relevant examples are given.

General Comments

The bibliography list for many scientific materials (articles, books, dissertations, author's abstracts, etc.) and student works (master's research papers and postgraduate works in particular) is compiled according to certain rules. Such a list is an obligatory part of the work. It should be placed after the main text. The list includes bibliographic information on sources used in your paper. It is possible to estimate the relevance of the work by the “freshness” of the included references. In addition, a well-written bibliography list shows the author’s ability to work with the information, search for it, analyze and process it.

It is recommended to submit a single list of references to the whole work. There are several forms of compiling a list of references. Chronological form is often used where the material (books, articles, etc.) is placed in the order corresponding to its appearance in the text. There is also the alphabetical form, the so-called alphabetical order and grouping, where all the material is divided into groups, for example, regulatory documents, books, articles, electronic source references. Each form has its advantages and disadvantages. The choice of one of the forms should be appropriate and justified, as well as described in the relevant regulatory documents.

The list must necessarily be numbered. Each source of literature is mentioned in the list once even if it is often referenced in the text of the work.

Official documents are placed at the beginning of the bibliography in a certain order: the Constitution; Codes; Laws; Decrees of the President; Government Regulations; other regulatory acts (letters, orders, etc.). The documents are arranged in chronological order within each group.

Foreign sources of literature are placed at the end of the list after the Russian sources of literature making an additional alphabetic series.

The following elements of the bibliographic description are provided for each entry for a book or article: author's surname, initials; title; subtitle information (textbook, manual, dictionary, etc.); output information (place of publication, publishing house, year of publication); quantitative characteristic (the total number of pages in the book).
